Exhibition Build & Installation - Broadwick Venues and Broadwick Entertainment

Projecting directing the design and installation of this new 3000 capacity venue in West London SJ-TPM worked with the client to create a brief, design and budget to achieve the aspirations for this great new venue. We installed Rigging, Power, Data, Lighting, Sound, Show Comms, Radios System, Video, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Staging, Drapes, Access Equipment, Stores and Workshop. Once completed SJ-TPM operated the first events and set up the Technical Production Department ready for the new full time team.

Printworks LED Screen - Broadwick Venues

We procured the 12m high Roe Vanish 8 now iconic LED screen for the voted 5th best club in the world! The infrastructure design was completed and all items brought, this included not just the large LED screen, but also cable, power distribution, FOH and Stage Video racks with Vision mix from multiple inputs over fibre to the screen.

Technical delivery of Magazine London's infrastructure and equipment from design, budgeting to delivery and production set up of the venue. Westfield London & Westfield Stratford City - Event venues design & installation

From plan to completion, multiple event venues in the Westfield Europe’s portfolio to deliver the large scale aspirational events to give the customers a great experience.

Designed, project directed and installed into each centre was an event control room, green rooms, video gallery, fibre and technical data/power infrastructure, stock of over £13.5million of rigging, lighting, sound, video, coms, staging and barriers to deliver the events.

These are challenging spaces to make function for events and ensure the public and shops can still operate as per normal.

Technical Overview of both centres:

Floor Boxes containing Power, CAT 6 & Audio throughout the spaces 

Facility Panels containing various options of power at up to 400a 3Ø distributed to Power Lock, 3Ø and 1Ø Ceform connections and data with multiple connections of MM & SM Fibre, CAT 6, Triax, HDSDI, Audio & DMX and sprinkler, fresh water and wastewater connections.

WIFI and wired internet connections for live streaming, exhibitions and audience participation.

Portable power distribution boxes

Events Control Room to house patching and main system control / networking for Lighting, Sound, Video, Comms and IT

Rigging truss grids above each space with truss and C1+ wireless controlled hoists, with approximately 400m of truss, balcony bars engineered to fix to the glass balustrades and 40 hoists per centre.

Plant including scissor lifts, forklifts and spider platforms.

120 decks of staging, handrails, treads and custom items like stage circles.

Vast lighting stock of 90 moving lights (Clay Paky, Robe, VariLite & Martin), 120 ETC Source 4 Profiles, Grand Ma consoles and networking.

11 Line Array PA Systems, 5 Portable PA systems (L’Acoustics and EM Acoustics), Yamaha CL Series consoles with Rio networking racks, Monitors, Radio and wire microphones.

Backline stock from drum kits, a Concert Grand Piano to guitar cabs

Full HD 14way mix video gallery, Playback, audio split mix, matrixing, scaling and live broadcast.

Clear Com matrix wired and wireless coms network with tie into Motorola Radio network.

Broaman network system for all technical disciplines data distribution.

Stock of barriers (Mojo, Met, Picket, Tensa and Rope & Post).

Special effects including Snow machines, pyro to smoke machines.

Fully furnished Green rooms with video show relay and coms.
